About Carmen
Carmen Belle White is a sound practitioner and multidisciplinary artist with over twenty years of experience in healing and spiritual work. A College of Sound Healing member, she began as a Reiki Master in 2004. As a recording artist, she collaborated with composer Craig Pruess on her 2017 debut album and the Earth Prayer EP, which has surpassed 650,000 streams. Carmen facilitates gong baths and private sound healing sessions using gong, crystal bowls, and voice. A devoted mother to an autistic adult son, his influence deeply informs her compassionate, creative approach to wellbeing and conscious music.

Sound is one of the oldest forms of healing known to humanity. A gong bath with Carmen is an invitation to return to that ancient knowing.
As you lie down and close your eyes, waves of sound move through you rather than simply around you. Gongs, crystal alchemy bowls and Carmen's voice weave together, holding the space with care and intention. There is nothing to do, nowhere to be. The sound does the work.
Some arrive carrying grief and leave feeling lighter. Others find a stillness they had forgotten was there. Carmen has been walking this path for over twenty years, holding each session as sacred space for whatever needs to surface, settle or be released.
Group sessions are held fortnightly in Sherborne. Private sessions available Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Music
Carmen's music exists in the space between sound and spirit. Her debut album Light Language Attunements, created in collaboration with acclaimed composer and film producer Craig Pruess, carries transmissions that go beyond melody. They are frequencies, received and offered with an open heart.
Her Earth Prayer EP, also made with Pruess, has reached over 650,000 streams worldwide, touching listeners who may never have attended a sound healing session but felt something shift simply by listening.
This is music not made to be heard in the background. It asks you to be still, to be present, and to receive.
Paintings
Layered, luminous, and unmistakably cosmic, Carmen's paintings exist somewhere between the seen and the deeply felt. Each work emerges not from observation but from listening a translation of sound, frequency, and spiritual presence into pigment and light.
The titles speak for themselves. Galactic Dawn. Cosmic Womb. Under the Sea Sound Frequency. The Inner Realms. These are not decorative objects. They are records of inner experience, built up in layers of rich earth tones, deep teals, burning reds, and scattered light that seems to pulse from within the canvas rather than sit on its surface.
