A Journey Through Sound & Spirit

Carmen Belle White is a sound practitioner and multidisciplinary artist with over twenty years of experience supporting individuals on their healing and spiritual journeys. She is a member of the College of Sound Healing (CoSH) and began her professional path in 2004 as a Reiki Master Practitioner, laying the foundations for her integrative approach to sound and wellbeing.

As a recording artist, Carmen released her debut album Light Language Attunements in 2017 in collaboration with acclaimed composer and film producer Craig Pruess, known for his award-winning film scores. She later collaborated with Pruess on the Earth Prayer EP, which has reached over 650,000 streams worldwide and is recognised for its contribution to the field of conscious and healing music.

Carmen facilitates group gong baths and offers private 1:1 sound healing sessions, working with gong, crystal alchemy bowls, and voice to support relaxation, emotional balance, and inner connection. Her work centres on creating safe, supportive environments that encourage deep listening, embodiment, and personal insight.

She is also a devoted mother to an autistic adult son, whose influence continues to shape her commitment to compassion, creativity, and raising awareness through art and sound.

Paintings & Exhibitions

Alongside her healing practice, Carmen is a visionary visual artist. Her ethereal paintings have been exhibited at the Shaftesbury Arts Centre (2025) and the Sherborne Open (since 2024). Her artwork explores the relationship between sound, colour, and consciousness, offering contemplative spaces that invite reflection and transformation.

Carmen has had a deep connection with the White Lion Beings since childhood, and has painted these spiritual beings for many years. Her paintings serve as visual extensions of her sound work, creating bridges between seen and unseen realms.

Each piece emerges from a place of deep listening and spiritual connection, translating frequencies of light and sound into visual form. Her work invites viewers into a space of quiet contemplation and inner resonance.

Kind Words

“I wouldn't introduce Carmen in any way similar to other singers I've worked with over the years. She is one-of-a-kind… The way Carmen sings and connects to Spirit is really quite amazing, unique and certainly a great blessing for the world. I know! I've had the great honour to be present when her entrancing and enchanting vocals take shape and turn into beautiful air and ethereal colours! From my viewpoint, I would say that it is Carmen's pure heart and open soul that allows her to co-create new music.

From the life of a single mother and a carer for nearly 20 years, she has blossomed into a capable and imaginative conduit for the White Lion Beings and heart centred leadership. Carmen regularly visits chapels and holy sites to chant, intone and bless. She also creates paintings of her visions. Bringing her to my recording studio to create her first album has been a great privilege for me, and my prayer is that I do her great gift justice in recorded sound.

Many consider 'Light Language' to be our cosmic connection with the stars, the re-awakening of our galactic memories - our heritage as spiritual human beings. In many different dimensions, ascended masters and beings of light work for the upliftment and enlightenment of humanity. There are those here on Earth that are sensitive enough to receive direct inspiration from such beings, and express the sounds and energies of those realms of light. Carmen Belle White is one such channel and the three transmissions contained in Light Language Attunements CD were received on one day, August 10th, 2016.”

“My first encounter with Carmen Belle White and her extraordinary musical expressions, soundings, singing and 'transmissions' was whilst visiting St. Catherine's Chapel. Approaching the open door, I was bathed in the softly echoing sound of a gentle song of extreme purity, coming from within the church. Two thoughts came to mind: first, an image of a lone chorister in Winchester Cathedral (I don't know why Winchester) with its seemingly inevitable link to the uniquely cosmic quality of John Tavener's music. Secondly, I guessed some kind of rehearsal / performance of his music was going on inside.

As I reached the entrance, this impression was abruptly dispelled by a sudden switch to the seemingly authentic tones of Mongolian folk singing, with its strangely hypnotic mixture of droning incantation and complex rhythmic patterns. All this, as I later learned, was just a sample of Carmen Belle White's very special powers of communication - although her art remains as inexplicable to me now as it was at that first hearing and encounter.

An untrained musician with no knowledge of Mongolian singing styles, or even of the great English choral tradition, her ability to transmit beautiful sounds, seemingly from such sources, is truly remarkable. Beyond doubt is her powerful sense of vocation to bring healing sounds and peaceful enlightenment to our hideously strife filled world.

Despite - perhaps because of - her own life experiences, she is able to draw on and project a wellspring of positive vibes for the benefit of all.

Now at last, with the release of her first debut album "Light Language Attunements" her message can reach a wider audience. Here, you will find just some of the ways in which she is able to transmit transcendent feelings and differing senses of wellbeing.

To absorb fully the content of these recordings and gain deeper awareness they offer, you will need to clear your mind of all predispositions and open it completely to every possibility.....

To many, this disc may be quite startling; to some it will be immediately rewarding revelation; to all it will be an entirely new experience. It is, above all, a distillation of inner tranquility and harmony, from which we all surely stand to gain.
